Blockers
- — Handyman sites are built but not yet counted launches — still pending production deploy + GA4 wire-up before the §5 gate closes.
What I learned
- — Backfilled entry. A split day: ~half on the LocalShoot launch video (non-factory app, but the time counts toward the challenge), ~half on factory output — two sites scaffolded from one template. The home-services-leadgen template paid off immediately: HandyCost and Austin Handyman are two distinct site shapes (calculator hub vs lead funnel) off the same engine.
Tomorrow
- → Day 11: LocalShoot image-coverage overhaul + Galveston as a second city.
Day 10 — Wed May 20 (backfilled)
Half-and-half day. The morning went to the LocalShoot launch video — produced and posted to LinkedIn around 9 AM. LocalShoot isn’t a factory artifact, but the time on it counts toward the challenge.
The afternoon was factory work: two handyman sites off the new home-services-leadgen template — HandyCost (a national cost-calculator hub with five mini-calc spokes) and Austin Handyman (a per-city lead-capture funnel). Both verify-green and marked live on the roadmap, but neither is a counted launch yet — production deploy + GA4 still pending before the §5 gate closes.
