Backfilled on Day 16. There is no tracked repo output for this date, and the public scoreboard did not move. HandyCost remained the strongest candidate for launch #4, but it had not yet produced the GA4 Realtime proof required to close the gate.
This is a zero-output day in the public factory record. The important part is not softening it. The launch machinery was already showing drift: built assets existed, but the administrative close-out work did not happen.
