Blockers
- — Avoidance won the day; no tracked repo output was recorded.
- — Week 2 ended with the launch count still at 3.
What I learned
- — Cadence slips do not come from lack of code here; they come from unfinished launch administration.
- — The public tracker loses authority when it is allowed to lag behind reality.
Tomorrow
- → Recover the chain with an honest backfill instead of pretending the gap did not happen.
- → Do not start another site until at least one existing gate is closed.
Day 14 — Sun May 24
Backfilled on Day 16. Week 2 should have closed with a review and at least one gate-close from the built backlog. It did not. The counted launch total stayed at 3.
This is the kind of day the tracker exists to catch: no new launch, no review, no public update, and no useful market signal. The honest record is a zero. That does not make the challenge fail, but it does identify the actual constraint: operational follow-through after the engineering work is done.
