What I learned

— A stale scoreboard creates cognitive drag because every next action starts with re-orienting instead of executing.
— Backlog pressure should be reduced by closing gates, not by opening new repositories.

Tomorrow

→ Run a two-hour turnaround block: confirm HandyCost GA4, backfill logs, defer Austin Handyman, sync portfolio, start LocalShoot outreach.
→ Keep the block administrative: no feature logic and no new repo.

Day 15 — Mon May 25

Backfilled on Day 16. The public tracker remained stale at Day 12, and the internal portfolio tracker was even older. No new repo commit landed for the day.

The useful diagnosis is now clear: the technical factory can build, but the launch machinery was jammed. HandyCost was close, Austin Handyman needed to be stripped of counted-launch status, and LocalShoot still needed real distribution work rather than more product attention.
