What I learned
- — A static Hub deploy can make the header and /today stale even when the source tracker is current; a new Day entry plus deploy refreshes the public day counter.
- — The next value is response classification, not more cold outreach.

- → Close or explicitly block one backlog gate before starting a fresh site.
Day 17 — Wed May 27
Today starts from a better position than yesterday. The public tracker is repaired through Day 16, HandyCost is counted as launch #4, Austin Handyman is deferred, and the first LocalShoot outreach batch is out in the world.
The work now is follow-through. LocalShoot needs response logging, not more vague anticipation. LaunchCost or Parent Care needs a real gate-close push, not another new build. The Hub needs to stay current, starting with this Day 17 entry.
The operating frame for the day is simple: harvest evidence, close a loop, and do not start another site until the current pipeline proves it can ship, measure, and learn.
