- — No site work. The factory build was the day's only output.
What I learned
- — The challenge thesis was always factory-over-sites: if the factory can't run the sprint, eight beautiful hand-built sites is still a failure.
Day 29 — Mon Jun 8
Backfilled on Day 32. The gap ends here, though not the way the tracker expected. No launch shipped on launch Monday — instead, the evening produced the first commits of a sprint to make TrustCore (the agent system) capable of operating this challenge directly: planning days, closing gates, keeping this tracker honest without a human bottleneck.
